Company Technology
Yasoo Health has developed a patent-pending absorption technology that utilizes a unique process to facilitate absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and nutrients even if there are digestive issues, pancreatic insufficiency, or liver dysfunction. The microsphere technology forms micellar-like spheres in which lipophilic material is enclosed within the interior of a sphere which contains a hydrophilic exterior to facilitate transport and absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and nutrients in the body. The increased absorption is supported by published clinical studies in malabsorbing patient populations, and is applicable to liquid, gel, softgel, and topical formats.

New Product Development
Syndion™ is an antioxidant enriched multivitamin and mineral supplement that was uniquely formulated for children and adults with special nutritional needs and food sensitivities. Syndion’s microsphere technology forms micellar-like spheres that aid absorption of fat-soluble vitamins even when there are digestive issues, pancreatic impairment or liver dysfunction. It is supported for use by individuals on the autistic spectrum by a pilot clinical study showing benefits in that patient population.

AquADEKs® is an antioxidant enriched multivitamin and mineral supplement marketed in the US by Axcan Pharma as adjunct therapy for cystic fibrosis patients,
advancing the nutritional standard of care for cystic fibrosis patients as well as for other health conditions that cause malabsorption of fat-soluble vitamins. The commercialization of AquADEKs was supported by a grant from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the clinical data was published in the following article.
